13 years went by quick

Today was Brandi's last day of high school.
I remember when she was little and she would ask me, "how much longer till I go to school" She couldn't wait to go, of course that all changed. Now she is getting ready to take the next step in her life, life it self. It's so sad to see her grown up, I am very proud of her for being the person that she is, she has so many great qualities, and bad (but who doesn't). Now I get to see her become an adult and see what I have been complaining about all these years, just in time for Olivia to start kindergarten in September and start all over again :)

I know my post have not been the most positive lately, but things are starting to change the roller coaster is starting to go up and I will do everything to keep it up this time. I can deal with a few loops here or there but no more going down on this ride!

Well it's that time in my life

when I gotta go back to work!

So I am starting slow, working part time at Crate and Barrel. What a great place to get back into the groove of things. I use to work there 7 years ago and I loved it, the people you work with as so nice, it's a comfortable atmosphere.

So my first day will be Hell Friday, wish me luck!

Going to the beach

Not!
The oil spill has reached our beach. Thank goodness for the fog we are not missing any beach time. Sad for the fish, birds and other ocean life that is effected by this and not to be selfish but the delay in the crab season is making me pretty sad.

Yep my favorite holiday is here!

Another one

Yep we had an earthquake, 5.6 it lasted 10-12 seconds.
Growing up here you get use to it.
Jagger just looked at us, Olivia got scared and Brandi came running out of her room.
We are all ok, not one thing fell.

My new love

So Brandi and I took a Yoga class last nite. I thought we would be giggling, waiting to hear someone fart, or one of us would fall over. Actually is was a great stretch, it felt good. We would look at each other like I can't do that and you know what we could. We could pretty much do all the moves she asked except while lying on our backs we raised our legs in the air and at on point we were suppose to put our feet all the way over to the floor, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to come back over maybe I will try next time. I felt very rejuvenated. Thursday nites that's were we will be.

It's that time of year

My favorite holiday is just around the corner Halloween. You couldn't ask for a better holiday, you get to dress up, put all the spooky things out in the front. I love Halloween! This year Olivia is going to be a flower and Jagger is a fireman and Brandi hmm I can't remember the name of it but it's this character she found on the internet I'll have to ask her.

Well that only leaves 67 more days till Christmas, ugh.
